However ultimately it is decided to memorialize the Congress of the U.S., or the President only if the slave trade “interferes with the proper missionary work”, [interesting to note the beginning of the Civil war was only 5 months away], Mission to Western Turkey [Erzroom, Armenia], The War & killings in Syria “exceed a hundred thousand” and Anglo-American assistance to the thousands of refugees…
